Casa Verde
Neighborhood: Louisville
Project type: New-Build
Project size: 2,345 sq. ft.
Built: 2025
After the Marshall Fire swept through Louisville in 2021, destroying thousands of homes, including the Bennett's prior residence, it was our greatest pleasure to have had the opportunity to design and build a home even better suited to the couple's needs. This stunning home stands out from the others in the neighborhood with the beautiful sloped roofline and grand dramatic entrance. The exterior features natural stone and stucco. Perched above the neighborhood, the expansive windows show off views of local arboretum and mountains. The large outdoor deck off the kitchen and living space creates the ideal flow for entertaining guests. An open floor plan provides ample seating areas and walkways through the home’s main level.

Inside, a warm palette of white oak, quartz and stone accents pulls the outdoors in. Every step through this home is carefully designed for form and function. Luxury vinyl plank floors throughout give this home a rich and open feel. Rich blue and green walls flood the interior with warmth and personality.
